Vehicle maneuverability is reduced while in 4WD. When the 2Low UnLoc is activated, it disables the front wheel drive mechanism, allowing full torque to be delivered to the rear wheels only. This restores normal 2WD maneuverability while still benefiting from the low-range gear reduction. Ideal for sharp "all the way over" turns, this prevents front axle u-joint hopping or binding, making it perfect for tight or technical driving situations.
