Configure your 2nd Gen-style Cummins turbo swap kit by vehicle fitment, turbocharger and exhaust housing. The Tameless Performance T4 24V Cummins Exhaust Manifold is an optional add-on.

Choose your kit

• Vehicle fitment: select the matching engine and model-year range. For 2003–2007 5.9L trucks, select your transmission type.
• Turbocharger: S465 cast, S468 cast, S467.7 FMW, or S468, S472 and S475 5Blade.
• Exhaust housing: 0.90, 1.00 or 1.10 A/R for cast and FMW options; 1.00 or 1.10 A/R for 5Blade options.
• Manifold: choose No manifold or add the Tameless Performance T4 manifold for $989.

Kit components

The selected turbocharger and matching 2nd Gen-style swap piping kit include the intake and filter, intercooler piping, downpipe, oil feed and drain components, boots, clamps and installation hardware supplied with that configuration.

A compatible 2nd Gen-style T4 manifold is required. Selecting No manifold does not include an exhaust manifold. Professional installation is recommended. Match your engine, model year and transmission before ordering.
