Hub Details:

• 45 external tooth count requiring use of PG clutch stack
• 90 lubrication holes for sufficient clutch cooling
• Billet 4140 Steel – nitride coating for wear resistance

Shaft Details:

• Our 6L80E intermediate shaft is a solution to the problematic OEM’s shaft high rate of failure when high horsepower, superchargers and turbos are used.
• Eliminated hub dampener and increased contact area between the hub and shaft by 300%.
• Shaft is made from 300M alloy steel and heat treated for additional strength and durability.
• Heavy duty Torrington bearing with double the roller count of the OEM bearing.
• Design also incorporates the locating groove for the OEM bearing.
