e46-r-extended-projector-shroud-morimoto
E46-R Extended Projector Shroud Morimoto

E46-R Extended: An extended version of the original E46-R shroud, for those who believe that size does matter. Inspired by the BMW E46, enhanced for retrofitters. Compared to the standard E46-R, The Extended version is 10mm taller in overall height and has the dimples arrayed around it's face in a full circle.

In Comparison: Don't make the mistake of thinking all shrouds are created equal. Even though less expensive alternatives may be available elsewhere: Morimoto shrouds are made from the highest quality plastic and have by far the most durable metalized chrome finishes. The cheapo's out there are flimsy enough to deform from the heat just a 35W HID bulb, and their chrome finish easily flakes off.

A or B: At our shop, we're also meticulous with quality control. If a shroud has a minor factory defect; we sell it at a discount as a B stock unit - which is perfect for budget retrofits or when painting them is part of the plans. If you won't settle for anything less than perfect and plan to leave them chrome; go for the A Stock Shrouds.

Mounting: Centric Rings are not included by default, but are highly recommended to improve ease of installation on many projectors.

Features and Benefits:

Shroud: 1x E46-R Extended Projector Shroud

Warranty: 5 Years

Details:

Bezel Color: Flat Sided

Daytime Running Light Included: No

Fitment: Universal

Height: 6.0 Inch

Install Difficulty: Intermediate Requires some Automotive knowledge

Installation Time: 1 Hour

Length: 6.0 Inch

Material: Plastic

Pair Or Single: Single

Switch Included: No

Weight: 0.2 LB

Width: 2.0 Inch

Dimensions: 120mm H, 135mm W, 36mm D

Finish: Forever Finish Chrome

Halo Size: 80.0mm (Front)

Bezel Finish: Chrome

Fitment Notes:

Morimoto Projectors: All except Matchbox

OEM Projectors: Most except TL, LS430, LS460, Q45

Lens Diameters: 2.5 Inch and 3 Inch Compatible

LED Halos: 80mm (Front)

Mounts with: Centric Rings and/or JB Quik Weld
