The Stainless Diesel '6.0 CAPO' 5blade Mafia™ turbocharger is a straightforward upgrade for the 2003-2007 6.0 Powerstroke, designed to fit without requiring modifications. This turbocharger is a practical solution for addressing common issues such as sticking vanes, making it suitable for both everyday use and work stock pulling applications.

It features a 63mm 5Blade compressor wheel and a high-flow 66.5mm 10blade turbine, capable of supporting power levels between 520 and 600hp, depending on your setup. While it works well with stock injectors, upgrading to 155-190cc injectors can provide additional performance gains.

The turbocharger includes a new VGT solenoid and high-flow vanes, which contribute to improved efficiency and performance. Note that this unit produces a distinct loud whistle, indicating its robust performance capabilities.

Note: When installing on a 2003 pedestal, the third mounting bracket on the 2004-2007 exhaust housing must be cut off.
