Tameless Performance prides itself on a speedy delivery service. After your order is processed, which typically happens within one business day, expect your package to arrive within 3 - 5 business days. We process orders from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a 10-day return window from the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. We also provide the option to exchange the item for another product on our site of equal or lesser value.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date the product was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the product's condition (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). Shipping Policy
Tameless Performance ships all non-truck freight orders exclusively via UPS or USPS. We only ship within the fifty U.S states and Canada, excluding all other international destinations. If an order is placed to an international address not listed above, Tameless Performance reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Dispatch Timelines
For products labeled "In-Stock Ships Today," your order will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same business day. "In-Stock" orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched by the next business day. For products without this label, they might be shipped directly from the manufacturer or be out of stock. Tameless Performance will provide an order status update with the estimated arrival date by the next business day. If you require immediate availability, please use our "Live Help" feature or contact our customer service.
Delivery Times
If the product is in-stock, orders are typically received within 3-6 business days from the shipment date depending on your location. Non-stock, special order, and out-of-stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. Deliveries do not occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or major holidays, including expedited services such as Next Day Air. All packages are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
Free Shipping on SELECT orders over $100.00
Tameless Performance offers free Economy Ground shipping on online purchases totaling $100.00 or more on select products. This offer only applies to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This offer does not apply to truck freight items, oversize items, and specific brand products. Tameless Performance reserves the right to select the carrier of our choice for this free shipping promotion.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We understand that shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii can be significantly higher due to their geographical locations. Therefore, starting October 9, 2023, Tameless Performance will charge full shipping fees to customers in Alaska and Hawaii for all orders, regardless of the order total. This change is necessary to cover the increased shipping costs for these areas. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Tameless Performance does not ship directly to APO or FPO addresses as we primarily use UPS, which does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service as an alternative.
