ATS designed the Aurora VNT Turbocharger Kit as a robust, high-performance replacement for the problematic twin scroll turbos found in 2011-2014 Ford 6.7L F250/350 trucks and the 2011-2016 Ford Cab & Chassis. Addressing common failure points, ATS engineers developed a ground-up solution featuring custom double journal bearings for improved durability and the ability to handle higher horsepower compared to standard ball bearings.

The Aurora VNT Turbocharger also boasts a custom billet 8x8 compressor wheel and an oversized mixed-flow turbine, offering exceptional air intake and exhaust management. This combination allows the kit to support over 500 horsepower in a single turbo setup. Additionally, it seamlessly integrates with both factory and aftermarket tuning options, ensuring a hassle-free installation.
