ATS 68RFE BILLET CHANNEL PLATE VALVE BODY FITS 2019+ 6.7L CUMMINS

The ATS 68RFE Billet Channel Plate Valve Body Assembly for the 2019-2020 Ram 6.7L Cummins is designed to eliminate cross leaks and improve shift performance. This billet-machined 1" thick aluminum channel plate increases fluid flow to clutch packs and resolves the common warping issues caused by heat in the stock valve body.

The ATS 68RFE Billet Channel Plate Valve Body Assembly is engineered to solve one of the most common issues in the 68RFE transmission: the warping of the stock thin cast channel plate due to excessive heat. This warping leads to cross leaks and poor shift quality. To address this, ATS designed the BilletProof Channel Plate, a stress-relieved 1" thick aluminum tooling plate that is precision CNC machined to include all necessary valve body channels, vent holes, and pressure testing ports.

The thicker billet aluminum design prevents the warping that is common in the stock channel plate, eliminating cross leaks and significantly improving shift performance. Additionally, critical channels in the billet plate have been enlarged to allow more fluid to reach the clutch packs, ensuring quicker fill times and smoother, stronger shifts. Drivers will notice an immediate improvement in shift quality after installing this upgraded channel plate.

The assembly also features pressure testing ports with engraved labels, making it easier to monitor and test the transmission system. This billet channel plate replaces valve bodies with a blue solenoid pack, though the solenoid pack is not included with this assembly.
