The Drop-In Series Fuel System is a plug-and-play upgrade that retains the functionality of the OEM in-tank lift pump and requires no additional modifications. This system is designed for both short and long bed crew cab trucks and can be installed in under an hour, making it an easy upgrade for those who are mechanically inclined. Note that installation on cab and chassis models may require modifications.

FASS's Extreme Water Separator (XWS) technology, third-party proven to remove over 99% of water, is an industry leader. If the water separator reaches capacity, it safely shuts down your truck to prevent fuel system damage. Additionally, this system incorporates Performance Radius Cuts (PRC), ensuring smooth fuel flow and eliminating air and vapor reintroduction that commonly occurs with lesser systems.

The system also retains the factory water-in-fuel sensor, a feature unique to FASS Drop-In Series systems. In cold weather conditions, an electric heater option is available for added reliability.
