S&B 47-Gallon Replacement Fuel Tank for 2007-2018 Mercedes Sprinter 144" & 170" Wheelbase
S&B’s 47-gallon replacement fuel tank is designed to significantly increase fuel capacity for 2007-2018 Mercedes Sprinter vans with 144” and 170” wheelbases. This tank replaces the factory 24-gallon fuel tank, nearly doubling the range without requiring modifications. Built from ¼-inch thick crosslink polyethylene, it offers durability and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal upgrade for long-haul travel, camper van conversions, and commercial fleets.
The plug-and-play installation ensures a seamless replacement, utilizing the stock mounting location with an additional rear strap for added security. While the factory fuel gauge remains fully functional, the first 5-7 gallons will register as full before normal gauge movement begins.
