Attaching safety chains to a hitch receiver when using a drop hitch can be very difficult or simply impossible under certain circumstances - to help solve this, we offer our BulletProof Channel Shackles. Sold as a pair, they feature a 1/2 inch shackle with a 5/8 inch bolt that can be used with any BulletProof Hitch and any size safety chain.
The BulletProof Channel Shackles allow you to attach your safety chains to the channel of any BulletProof Hitch or give you that extra space needed when attaching safety chains to a hitch receiver. Each shackle is rated up to 6,500 lbs.
