6.4L Power Stroke OE exhaust issues are not a matter of if, but when. Prevent common failures with BD's stronger Exhaust Manifold & Up-Pipe Kit. Factory up-pipes are known to leak over time due to heat cycling, which leads to slower turbo spool, increased noise, and soot buildup. BD’s 304 stainless steel, mandrel-bent up-pipes feature internally shielded expansion bellows to reduce restriction and increase durability. The cast manifolds use thick-wall high-silicon ductile iron to handle extreme temperatures and prevent cracking.

This kit is an ideal long-life replacement for stock exhaust components and a perfect upgrade when performing turbo, manifold, or drivetrain service.
