Reman 7.3L AD Power Stroke Race3 230cc Hybrid Single-ShotOur 7.3L re-manufactured injectors are built with all new internal fuel plungers, nozzles/nozzle springs and OE internal and external O-ring kits.

Each oil valve is re-manufactured to OE specs and measures at .004 inch armature clearance (We don‚Дфt shim our oil valves). After the precision assembly process, each injector is calibrated on our state of the art Hartridge HA230 injector calibrator to insure a true 4cc cylinder to cylinder fuel delivery.

Our R3 injectors flow a true 230cc and is designed for competition use. An upgrade turbo is needed when running these injectors.

Injector Build Specs R3/230CC-29LPM Extrude Honed Nozzle (20 percent over stock)-Internal intensifier piston is machined (29.62mm) for more fuel plunger travel and CC delivery-7.1mm over stock (International 530) single shot fuel plunger
