What is this 6.7 Liter Powerstroke Intercooler Bundle?
The HSP-P-492 is a full package inter cooler bundle package. This kit has both our hotside and coldside intercooler pipes with everything needed to install!

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is made from aluminized steel. This gave us a lot more strength but also allowed us to make mandrel bends. The mandrel bends give us the strongest and best shapes to our bends to allow for the best flow and least amount of turbulence. HSP Diesel upgrades the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength, silicone style to replace the weak and prone-to-fail factory boots. As well as we include the billet coupler needed to install with a new clip. This means you will be on the road longer and with a more reliable setup than the factory.

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke is a serious weak point and has been from day one. We upgraded to better boots and our in-house bent tube. However, the biggest update to this part is our billet coupler. This is an upgrade like nothing else on the market today and will not only increase the reliability of your truck but increase the power you can handle.

This only Fits the 2011-2022 6.7 Liter Powerstroke engine. This kit is not made to work on the cab and chassis trucks this is due to small changes that were made in the engine bay. Please be sure you are ordering for the correct year truck.
