Check the coolant level. If it's sufficiently low:

Squeeze the clamp and slide the hose off.Lower Hose:
Close the radiator drain port.

Step 5) Intercooler and Vacuum Line Disconnection:

Remove the two 13mm bolts securing the intercooler to the battery tray.

Note: You may need to disconnect the hot and cold side intercooler boots to create more working space.

Disconnect the vacuum lines attached to the back of the coolant tank.

Step 6) Coolant Tank Removal (Bolts):

Remove the four 13mm bolts securing the coolant tank to the inner fender and the support bracket under the battery box.

Step 7) Coolant Tank Removal (Vacuum Lines - 11-16 Models):

Important (11-16 Trucks): Exercise caution when removing the tank, as delicate vacuum lines are connected to the vacuum chamber underneath.

Once the tank is partially removed, disconnect the vacuum lines to fully remove the tank.

Step 8) No Limit Tank Preparation:

Prepare the No Limit Factory Replacement Tank for installation.

Apply Teflon tape to all fittings and install them.

Important: Install the lower intercooler mounting bolt with the rubber isolator and metal sleeve into the lower slot before installing the tank into the truck, as access will be limited afterward.

Begin installing the tank into the truck.

Important: Ensure you connect the vacuum lines (especially for 11-16 models) before fully seating the tank, as you may need to remove the tank or fender liner to access them later.

Step 10) Tank Securing and Intercooler Remounting:

Once the tank is in place, ensure all bolt holes align.

Install the original hardware to secure the tank.

Remount the intercooler.

Step 11) Lower Hose Connection:

Connect the lower hose.

Important: Reinstall the metal retaining clip to ensure a secure connection and prevent leaks or hose blow-offs.

Step 12) Battery Reinstallation:

Reinstall the battery.

Tighten the battery hold-down using the supplied hardware.

Reconnect the positive (+) and negative (-) battery cables to both batteries.

Step 13) Coolant Refilling and System Burping:

Refill the tank with the drained coolant.

Note: Depending on the amount of coolant drained, you may have an air pocket in the system.

Drive the truck until it reaches operating temperature to burp the system.

Fill the tank to the halfway mark on the sight glass.

Check for leaks.

The installation is complete.
