No Limit 2020-2022 Cold Air Intake - Installation Instructions

Step 1) MAF Sensor Disconnection:

Begin by disconnecting the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor.

Unlock the white locking tab.

Press down on the black tab and pull to disconnect the harness.

Unclip the metal clip from the airbox and set the harness aside. (REF FIG 1 & 2)

Step 2) Airbox Lid and Intake Hose Removal:

Loosen the 7mm clamp at the aluminum intake manifold/turbo inlet.

Unclip the three clips that secure the intake lid to the airbox.

Remove the lid and intake hose as a single unit. (REF FIG 2)

Step 3) Air Filter Removal:

Remove the air filter from the airbox. (REF FIG 3)

Step 4) Hood Snorkel Removal:

Remove the oval hood snorkel.

Start by removing the push clip.

Grab the snorkel and push it backward; it should pop out easily. (REF FIG 4)

Step 5) Airbox Removal (Bolt and Grommets):

Remove the 8mm bolt securing the airbox at the front, below where the snorkel attached.

Pull the airbox straight up and out.

Important: If the rubber grommets come out with the airbox, reinstall them into the bracket. You will need one grommet for the intake support bracket. (REF FIG 5 & 9)

Step 6) Intake Pre-Assembly (Silicone Boot and MAF Tube):

Pre-assemble the intake before installing it into the truck.

Start by inserting the aluminum MAF tube into the supplied silicone boot.

Use a small amount of glass cleaner or soapy water to ease the tube's insertion.

Insert the tube approximately 1-2 inches into the boot, positioning it just past the "N" in the "No Limit" logo. (REF FIG 6)

Step 7) Filter and MAF Sensor Installation:

Attach the air filter to the MAF tube.

Transfer the MAF sensor from the stock airbox lid to the aluminum MAF tube using the supplied MAF screws and Allen wrench. (REF FIG 8)

Step 8) Support Bracket Installation:

Attach the supplied support bracket and support bracket adapter using the two supplied Allen screws.

Step 9) Intake Installation (Vehicle):

Install the assembled intake into the truck.

Route the support bracket under the A/C lines and into the rubber grommet where the factory intake was located.

Use the two supplied stainless steel T-bolt clamps (both are the same size). (REF FIG 7 & 9 & 10)

Step 10) Coolant Line Routing:

Route the 3/8-inch coolant line over the intake.

It is acceptable for the coolant line to rest on top of the intake, as it will not rub or chafe a hole in the boot. (REF FIG 6)

Step 11) Final Adjustments:

Make final adjustments to the intake's position.

Ensure the MAF tube is inserted approximately 2-3 inches into the boot.

Position the "No Limit" logo at approximately the 2 o'clock position. This will push the tube away from the coolant tank and down away from the hood. (REF FIG 6)

Step 12) MAF Sensor Reconnection:

Reconnect the MAF sensor harness.

Ensure the wiring is clear of the belt and any other components that could cause damage. (REF FIG 8)

Step 13) Clearance Check and Final Tightening:

Check the hood clearance to ensure the intake will not make contact.

Once clearance is confirmed, tighten the two 11mm T-bolt clamps and the two Allen head screws for the support bracket. (REF FIG 7)

Your installation is complete.
