A well thought out replacement. Don't even get me started about the stock pan being plastic. A heavy walled deep sump aluminum pan that accepts the factory seal ring, well thought out. Just be prepared to have plenty of ULV transmission fluid on hand if you are replacing the filter too. I had eighteen quarts total in the pan swap. That was with a new filter change as well. Very sturdy and well made. Zero fitment issues.
