D&J Precision Machine Street Performance 5.9 Cummins Long Block
Our Street Performance 5.9 Cummins Long Blocks come fully assembled, including the oil pan, rear crank seal, front cover and crank seal, and oil filter housing. Featuring our X-Beam Stock Length Billet Rods and Stage 1 High-Performance Cylinder Head, this engine is custom-built for your application using the best parts available in the industry, including Cummins, Mahle Clevite, and ARP. This long block is rated for up to 1000 hp, making it perfect for demanding street and performance applications.
Key Features:
- Comprehensive Inspection: Disassembled, crack-checked, blasted, and cleaned before machining.
- Precision Machining: CNC bored based on application, line bored, surfaced as needed, and torque plate honed to exact specifications.
- Fire Ring Grooves: Cut into the cylinder head with custom ARP 9/16" head studs for the best head-to-block seal possible.
- High-Performance Cylinder Head: D&J Stage 1 Performance Cylinder Heads are disassembled, crack-checked, fitted with extra-large heavy-duty seats, machined for thread-in soft plugs, and 5-axis CNC ported. Each head undergoes a CNC high-performance valve job and is pressure-checked before assembly and painting.
- Blueprinted and Balanced: All engines are blueprinted, balanced, oil clearance measured, and rings file fit.
- Pre-lubed and Painted: Engines are painted black and shipped pre-lubed with break-in oil and filter included.
- High Power Rating: Rated for up to 1000 hp, suitable for high-performance applications.

- Cores must include usable block, crank, cylinder head, rocker bases, oil pan and bolts, pickup tube, timing gear housing, timing gear housing cover and bolts, rear seal housing and bolts, piston cooling nozzles, bolts, lower rocker box, and bolts. If there are issues with any of the parts, you will not be charged the full core amount, only the amount needed to replace the bad part. Our core charge is based on re-manufactured parts.
